Within an Alien's Grasp

Katya gave a warm smile; looking at her watch she paled a bit, her skin cooling... an hour and a half had already passed and her parents would wonder where she was. "Ee moost go, eet was grayt to mayt vou, Demitri. Would vou leek to do zis again?" She asked while putting her book back into her book bag and beginning to rise.

By now, everything Xia He was doing was pure instinct. Demitri looked at his own watch and chuckled. "I would be glad to." He pulled out a thin permanent marker and gently grabbed Kayta's hand as it reached back for another book. "Give me a call," he said with a grin before standing up, bowing to his new friend, and walking off towards his apartment.

When he left she smirked, licking his taste from her lips. "Very firey... I hate it." She then looked at the unconscious human male, "Stupid human." Xia He got dressed and jumped down the building, landing on random window landings to ensure her life span. She made it down unharmed and continued her way to the house she nearly forgot about.

Katya didn't call Demitri, she was far to nervous to. It wasn't the fact that she could've had a crush on him, it was just the fact that she had never had a boy talk to her before... or at least take interest in what she was saying. The next morning she was up glowing, her parents even noticed. On her way to school she stopped by the University's library to pick up three more science books that she found online. They were relatively new releases and were almost all about aliens.

As Demitri walked backward from his counselor's office, he saluted sarcastically and turned on his heels, suddenly slamming into the form of a small girl, knocking her backwards and knocking her books to the ground... her alien books?

Demitri looked up from one of the books and grinned wide when a certain Russian looked back up at him.

Xi woke early the next morning. He showered and slid on a pair of basketball shorts before opening the door to his apartment and walking up a flight of stairs to the rooftop park.

Not long after he had gotten his job at the bar, he had rented the condo at the top floor of the same building to save himself from having to commute far.

When he reached the roof, he looked out at the sunrise and sat beneath his favorite tree for his morning meditation.

Katya screamed, falling straight to her bottom. It was a chillier day today so she wore a white dress with a pale blue cardigan over it. Her books were now sprawled across the floor, she looked up and her heart went 'thump'. "Demitri? What are vou doeeng hayr?" She asked while getting up and retrieving her books.

The house was sold, and of course the couple who bought it had a rather exciting night with her in the hot top. The next morning Xia He woke up with terrible aches in... well everywhere, but specifically in her abdomen. She had work that day, but was not in the mood, so instead she stayed home and watched porn.

Demitri chuckled as he grabbed the girl's remaining books and helped his young friend up. "I'm a student here, remember?"

Xi finished his meditation and stood. He looked over towards the spot he and the alien female had 'connected' the day before and scowled. Her scent was still there, and strong too, but for some reason, he didn't mind it as much.

He sighed and walked down the stairs to the bar where he would spend a couple hours until his shift was scheduled to begin.

She smiled shyly and shook her head, "Oh, no, Ee forgot. Ee not oosed to keeds my age een collayg." Katya laughed and smiled more openly, "Are vou on vour way to class?"

Demitri laughed. "Yep. Just got out of a meeting with my counselor. Like I told you, they thought I cheated."

Katya frowned, "How deed vou prove voursaylf? Ee hope vou are not een trouble baycause of may." She brushed at her dress, still frowning... why did she have to go over board?

Demitri laughed and elbowed the girl lightly as they walked down the hall. "They have no proof I cheated, but since I was failing that class, my perfect score on my test made them freak." He put his arm around the girl and pulled her lightly sideways against his body. "It's not your fault you're such a great tutor, so relax."

She smiled, looking up at him, but when she glanced down the hall just about every girl there was glaring at her or just plain looking strangely. "Oom..." Katya removed Demitri's arm from her shoulder, "Maybay zis ees not a good eedea." She pointed out to the older male. "Eet sayms as eef ze geerls leek vou hayr."

Demitri chuckled and glanced at the various females, three of which were from different planets. "What should we care? If they want to ask me out, then they can do so. If someone catches my eye, then I will do the same." He shifted his backpack and continued walking down the hall past the glaring females. "As far as I'm concerned, if they haven't said anything, then they have no right to complain who I spend time with." He grinned and looked down at Kayta, wondering where she would be going to college.

Katya swallowed hard, she wasn't used to being stared at... must less glared at. "Ee guays vou are reeght... eet ees joost ooncomfortable." She cleared her throat, "Anyway, Ee glad zat vou deed good on vour tayst, Demitri." She looked at her watch, "Ee moost be goeeng, zough. Would vou leek to mayt aftayr school?"

Demitri nodded and turned on his heels, bowing low before looking up and grinning at the girl. "It would be my pleasure." He righted himself and thought for a moment. "Say, you know that new restaurant downtown by the museum?"

She nodded, the only reason she knew about it was for the fact that it was next to the museum. "Vays, Ee know of zees place." Katya paused, not understanding where this was leading to. "... What of eet?" The stares were getting harsher, it wasn't like she was attractive or even up to this guys standards... why the need to be so... mean?

Demitri growled and flexed his right hand, causing an loud crack to echo down the hall, instantly causing everyone to turn away. "I was wondering if you would like to meet me there. My treat for helping me so much."

Katya's face instantly turned a brilliant shade of red, "Oh, oom..." she tucked a stray hair behind her ear. When she looked up she couldn't deny him, "Zat vould be neece." Katya took the books that he was still holding and tucked them into her book bag, "Ee veel mayt vou zar zen?"
